The DCS 30" Double Wall Oven features a 4.1 cubic foot of progressive cooking space, a hidden bake element that allows you to cook a 25 lb turkey! Racks may be removed from oven deck, convection roasting as well. Also included is a self monitoring system and triple layer glass door that seals heat in, so that your kitchen temperature isn't as hot as your kitchen. With ergonomically designed euro-inspired handles, DCS finally allows you to harness the power and reliability of professional style cooking.
